The Martins Ferry Public Library provides a rich collection of library materials for children and young people, including books for informational and recreational reading, reference material designed for school-age study, magazines for various age groups, audio books and media kits and electronic resources.
Children of all ages are encouraged to register for their own borrowers cards at the Martins Ferry Public Library. All borrowers cards are free; children (up through age 17) are required to have a parent's signature when requesting a borrowers card.
