Sample Recipe:

Linguine With Garlic Sauce

12 oz. linguine, uncooked 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. bacon, sliced and diced 2 T. butter
5 C. fresh baby spinach 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/4 C. milk  

 

Cook linguine according to package. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. Reserve drippings from skillet. In the drippings, saute the onions, spinach and garlic until tender. Add milk, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir until smooth. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
